Ready to get back to winning ways - 31/10/2003
Villa will provide another big test, I know I always say this, but there are really no easy games in the Premiership. Last season we beat them at Villa Park but couldn’t get a result at home – I scored but then Dion Dublin got an equaliser. We were expected to win last season and I guess it’s the same this year – so last season’s game tells you that we cannot take any thing for granted.
The players were very disappointed to go out of the Carling Cup but we all want to get back to winning games – and Saturday gives us the chance to do so. Some people we say that we can concentrate on the league, I agree, but we need to win! Three points on Saturday will help us to forget Wednesday’s disappointment.
